"Martial Arts is a journey of which one partakes alone. There are no shortcuts: just an arduous path of self-discovery and reflection. It is not for everyone as it is littered with hardship, self-sacrifice and internal honesty. A true budoka will follow the path of peace and justice and seek the immovable heart."
